Seating – Extended Tours: There are no seats assigned. For extended tours, a seat rotation plan will be explained and followed. This allows everyone to meet more of the travelers on the tour. The escorts or drivers cannot make exceptions in the rotation out of fairness to the other travelers. We do allow Travelers to have a seat in the back of the motorcoach and “NEST” as we call it. Meaning they will NOT follow seat rotation and can have the seat to “NEST” for the duration of the tour. If you “NEST”, each evening you may leave jackets, maps, totes, etc. in/or above your seat and do not have to take them into the hotel each night. At any point of the tour you can ask to “NEST” and your “nesting” seat will be directly in front of the current nesters.

Note: Our groups tend to all “NEST” This has come about after traveling after the Covid Issue. Everyone likes to have their seat for the duration of the tour.

Seating – Day Trip: There are no seats assigned. For Day Trips the seat you get in the morning is your seat for the rest of the day.

Seating – Doubles: When you sign-up for a tour and are a double – your seat on the motorcoach is next to your traveling roommate.

Seating – Singles/Triples: In the event a tour is full, singles and triples may need to sit in the seat beside a fellow traveler.
